The ISCO Lineal Footage Counter & Rate Indicator is compatible with many types of machinery, including moulders, tenoners, cut lines and others. It provides fast and accurate measurement of lineal throughput and machine speed.
The system consists of two components Encoder Wheel - rides along the material to measure footage and rate. Digital Display - shows the lineal throughput and ft. per min. System includes all cable and hardware.
The encoder wheel can be located at the infeed, outfeed or middle of the machine, and mounted above, below or on either side of the material line. It is fully adjustable for material width and thickness.
The digital display can be mounted to the machine or at a desk or work area away from machinery.
