Automate Your Fingerjointer Production

The DH-1C Fingerjointer Corner Feeder from ISCO is an automatic system that transfers blocks from your fingerjointer profile section into your assembly make-up station. It increases production, while helping to improve product quality and eliminate costly downtime.

The DH-1C Fingerjointer Corner Feeder is compatible with all major brands of horizontal fingerjointers. Both left-hand and right-hand models are available.

Operation is automatic. Blocks are conveyed off the lugs and make a right-angle transition into the assembly machine.  Set-up time is minimal.  The system can be quickly adjusted for block dimensions ranging from as small as 3/4" thick x 1 3/8" wide x 4" long to as large as 2" thick x 6 1/2" wide x 36" long.
