Super Efficient Delivery System

Low-Pressure Air-Assist Spray Guns—high-efficiency coating application.

Adjustable/Selectable Spray Guns—each gun individually adjustable for on/off, height, spray angle and fan width.

Unique Purge Air System—pressurized gun enclosures force paint out, keeping guns and equipment free of buildup.

 

High-Performance Filtration

Dual Downdraft Fans—create downdrafts all around the unit being coated. Coating on unit drys quickly. Excess dry material falls to floor or optional conveyor for easy removal from booth.

High Air-Exchange Rate—keeps coating contained in booth and on filters.

Large Filter System—Air makes two passes through high-loading paper medium with large filter area. Material suitable for safe landfill disposal. 

Large Filter Media Storage—filter rolls are easily installed at top of booth, quickly changed at floor level.

Reduced Overspray—programmable logic controllers (PLC’s) reduce overspray; articulating traverse carraige optimizes coverage on leading and trailing sides of unit.

Few Moving Parts for Fast Throughput—fixed vertical gun masts on both sides allow continuous coverage.

High Air Volume—allows for open door design, increasing throughput and eliminating contact with painted units.

 

Easy to Service

Bright Interior—fluorescent lights located on four corners behind clear windows for overspray protection and easy servicing.
