ISCO ADDS 5 AXIS MILLING

ISCO has added large format, 5 Axis Milling capacity to supplement its existing 3 and 4 axis milling capabilities.  The new Cincinnati FTV 5 -2500 features a 40 x 100 x 30 work envelope with full 5 Axis Articulated Spindle. The machine features 18,000 RPM Spindle with High Speed Fanuc Control.  Laser Tool setting and on machine Probing contribute to the machines Accuracy and Productivity.
 

ISCO RECEIVES ISO CERTIFICATION

In it’s continuing effort to provide the best in Quality and Customer Service, ISCO received ISO 9001/2000 Certification effective May 21, 2007.  The ISO system is an international standard intended to insure our procedures produce accurate and repeatable product that consistently meets or exceeds customer requirements. 

ISCO MOVES TO NEW FACILITIES

Effective July 1, 2004 ISCO has moved to our new home at 63060 Corporate Place in Bend. This new building was built to improve our operating efficiency and improve access to our many local customers and vendors. We are located off of Empire Blvd., between the Bend Parkway and Boyd Acres Rd. ISCO ACQUIRES ACCU-TAPPER

Effective July 9, 2004 ISCO acquired all rights to the Accu-Tapper line of bench mount production tapping and finishing machines. This well established line is recognized for its efficiency and ease of operation in tapping and chamfering small diameter holes. ISCO ADDS FORMING CAPABILITY

To supplement the diversity of our Water Jet Cutting service we have recently added Press Brake forming capacity to our manufacturing facility. The new 100 Ton, 5 axis CNC-controlled machine with precision tooling allows efficient forming of complex sheet parts.
